Much strategic planning tends to assume that the future will be a relatively linear extension of the past.

PCG applies an alternative approach that uses the wisdom in the room to paint a picture of probable future reality. The participants then design an organization that can not only survive, but thrive in that future, as well as make a positive contribution to society.
