Glen develops leaders and teams, for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Focusing on strengths, he trains clients on:
- Performance systems
- Conflict resolution
- Effective leadership, and
- Improving communications.
He develops and delivers workshops on interpersonal communication, problem-solving and decision-making, organizational behavior, and motivating and developing employees.
He was the central training officer for the State of Oregon for seven years, and has worked for Yamhill County and Portland State University
He has held board leadership positions with the Oregon Ethics Commons (president for 3 years), the Resiliency Center, United Way Mid-Willamette, Willamette West Habitat for Humanity, Oregon Organization Development Network, Association for Talent Development, (chapter president and western states regional officer), and the Oregon Mediation Association.
He earned his Ph.D. in continuing education and organization development from the University of Michigan.
