Gigi Gardner is an organizational development consultant and coach who guides individuals and teams to achieve authentic leadership and sustainable change.  She partners with clients to identify limiting attitudes and behaviors, then provides the tools and strategies to help them move beyond obstacles and achieve their goals. Gigi has worked globally as both an internal and external coach and consultant for a variety of industries.  Her major partners include BASF, Intuit, NetApp and UCSF hospitals.  She has over 20 years of business expertise, holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification with the International Coach Federation.  Her other certifications include Insights Discovery, Lominger Leadership Architect & Lominger viaEdge.  OD tools used include STAR, SWOT, MBTI, DISC, Five Dynamics, Kilmann Conflict Mode, Lencioni Teams, Six Sigma, and Action Learning.
