How To Build a Culture of Purpose:
What Erika does is very simple. She asks people if they had a good day. If they say yes, she ask them to identify the moment that made it good. She is basically asking them to name the purpose moment they experienced that made their day positive. That was the first step.
As we’re building Portland Consulting Group, we’re able to explore the tools and techniques that we’ve learned from and use with organizations as consultants. And, we keep discovering new ones all the time.
Today I came across The Blueprint of We Collaboration Process. I’ll post more here as we learn more about it, but my first impression is that this is a great tool for coming to agreements in times of peace, preventing a lot of stress during times of conflict.

At last week’s shareholder meeting, a conservative group asked Tim Cook to stop sustainability activities unless they provide a positive ROI. His response was that this group should sell Apple’s stock. That’s commitment to sustainability!
